Terms of Service
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or placing orders for our retail and wholesale products.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexora Consumer Brands website and any orders, enquiries, distribution, wholesale or digital-commerce services arranged through it. Please read them carefully. By using the website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms. A separate written agreement, order confirmation or product-specific checkout disclosure may apply to a particular transaction and will supplement these Terms. If there is a conflict, the specific written agreement or mandatory applicable law will prevail to the extent of that conflict.
1. About Nexora and Acceptance of Terms
"Nexora", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Nexora Consumer Brands, operating from Islamabad, Pakistan. References to "you" or "your" mean the person or entity accessing the website, making an enquiry or purchasing products or services. If you act for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that business.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or place an order. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
2. Changes to These Terms and the Website
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not retrospectively alter a transaction where doing so would be unlawful. Where a change materially affects an existing order or separate agreement, the applicable order terms or agreement will continue to govern that transaction unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue website content, features, products or services. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or browser.
3. Eligibility, Accounts and Customer Information
You must provide information that is accurate, current and complete when placing an order or submitting an enquiry. This may include your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, billing details and delivery address. You are responsible for correcting inaccurate information and promptly notifying us of relevant changes.
If account functionality is offered, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise. Do not use another person's account without permission. We may request additional information to verify an order or enquiry.
4. Our Role, Third-Party Brands and Product Ownership
Nexora may act as a distributor, reseller, marketing or e-commerce service provider, or commercial partner. Products displayed on the website may be manufactured, supplied, owned or branded by independent manufacturers, brand owners or other third parties. Unless a product listing or written agreement expressly says otherwise, listing or marketing a product does not mean that Nexora manufactures it, owns its brand or controls the manufacturer's production processes.
The party responsible for a product, its manufacture, warranties, stock, fulfilment, dispatch, customer service and after-sales obligations may differ by product or transaction. The applicable product page, checkout information, invoice, order confirmation or separate written agreement should be read together to identify the relevant arrangements. We will not use this clause to avoid any responsibility that applicable law places on Nexora as seller, distributor or service provider in a particular transaction.
5. Product Information, Images and Safe Use
We take reasonable care when presenting product names, descriptions, images, weights, ingredients, specifications and prices. However, colours may appear differently on different screens, packaging and labelling may be updated, and product images may be illustrative. The information shown at the time of order, together with the product label and any legally required information, should be used when assessing a product.
Read and follow the product label, ingredients, directions, warnings, storage instructions and any manufacturer guidance before use. Do not use a product contrary to its instructions. If you have a known sensitivity, allergy or concern about suitability, review the ingredients and seek appropriate professional advice before use. Stop using a product and seek appropriate assistance if you experience an adverse reaction. Contact us promptly if you believe a product is defective, unsafe, incorrectly described or improperly labelled.
We do not provide medical advice. Product descriptions and marketing statements are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. No product should be understood to guarantee a particular result unless an express, lawful product warranty says so.
6. Pricing, Taxes, Delivery Charges and Availability
Unless otherwise stated, website prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices, product details, promotions and availability may change before an order is accepted. Delivery charges, taxes or other applicable charges will be shown at checkout, in a quotation or in the applicable written agreement where they apply. If a price or listing error is discovered, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the affected order and receive any refund due.
Product availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and stock or supply is confirmed. We may set reasonable order or quantity limits, including limits intended to prevent resale abuse, fraud or stock hoarding.
7. Orders, Order Acceptance and Verification
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; it is not, by itself, confirmation that Nexora or the relevant seller has accepted the order. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of your submission only and does not necessarily constitute acceptance. Acceptance may be communicated through an order confirmation, dispatch notification or other clear confirmation from us or the relevant seller.
Orders may be subject to stock checks, address and contact verification, payment authorisation, fraud screening and confirmation of delivery availability. We may contact you by telephone, email or WhatsApp to verify details. You agree to respond reasonably to verification requests. If we cannot verify essential details, cannot supply the product, identify a material listing error, or reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or unlawful activity, we may decline or cancel the order and refund amounts paid for goods not supplied, subject to applicable law.
Please review your order details before submitting. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made after processing, packing or dispatch has begun.
8. Payments, Cash on Delivery and Failed Transactions
Available payment methods are those displayed for the particular product and at checkout. They may include card payments, bank transfer, mobile wallets and Cash on Delivery ("COD"), where offered. Not every payment method is available for every product, customer, location or order. Certain products or promotional offers may require advance payment or may not qualify for COD; the checkout disclosure for that item will apply.
For advance payments, an order may remain pending until the payment is received and verified. You must use the correct payment reference and provide proof of payment if requested. A payment screenshot alone does not establish that funds have cleared. If a payment is duplicated, incorrectly charged or received for an order that is cancelled, contact us with the transaction details so the matter can be investigated and any amount due can be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant payment provider's procedures.
For COD orders, you agree to pay the amount displayed or confirmed for the order when delivery is tendered. Repeated refusal of genuine orders, knowingly false details or deliberate misuse of COD may result in restrictions on future COD orders, subject to applicable law.
9. Order Cancellation and Changes
You may request cancellation or a change by contacting us as soon as possible and providing your order reference. We will consider the request based on the order's processing and dispatch status and any product-specific terms. A cancellation request is not effective until confirmed by us. Where an order has already been handed to a courier or otherwise dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the returns process may apply instead.
We may cancel all or part of an order where supply is unavailable, payment is not verified, a material pricing or listing error occurs, delivery cannot reasonably be completed, verification fails, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has been received for goods not supplied, we will arrange any refund required by applicable law. We will communicate material cancellations through the contact details provided with the order.
10. Shipping, Delivery, Inspection and Failed Delivery
Delivery estimates are indicative unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed in a written agreement. Actual delivery may be affected by destination, weather, public holidays, courier capacity, security conditions, incorrect addresses, recipient availability and other events outside reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide accurate dispatch and delivery information but are not responsible for delays caused by a courier or other third party to the extent permitted by law.
You must provide a complete and deliverable address and a working contact number, and make reasonable arrangements to receive the shipment. Additional delivery attempts, re-delivery, storage, return-to-origin or address-correction charges may apply where disclosed by the courier or at checkout. If a shipment is returned because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or delivery is refused, we may contact you to arrange next steps. Any additional charges or deductions must be lawful, properly disclosed and consistent with the applicable refund policy.
Please inspect the parcel and products promptly after delivery. If an item is missing, damaged, incorrect or appears tampered with, notify us as soon as reasonably possible and provide the order number and supporting photographs or other reasonable evidence. Prompt reporting helps us investigate with the courier or supplier; it does not remove any statutory rights you may have.
Nothing in these Terms transfers risk or ownership at a time that would unlawfully deprive a consumer of rights. The point at which risk and title pass will be determined by the applicable transaction, the role of the seller and mandatory applicable law.
11. Hygiene Products: Final Sale, Returns and Refunds
Many products offered through Nexora are soaps, skincare, haircare, toiletries and other hygiene or personal-care goods. Because these products are intended for personal use and may present hygiene, contamination, tampering or product-integrity concerns after dispatch or delivery, all orders are final once delivered, subject only to the exceptions described below and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please review the product description, variant, size, quantity, ingredients and other available information carefully before placing your order.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora does not offer returns, exchanges, replacements or refunds merely because a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong variant or quantity, no longer wants the product, dislikes its fragrance, texture or other subjective characteristics, or has personal preferences or expectations that differ from the product description. A customer's failure to read the listing or select the correct product does not by itself create a right to return or refund.
Hygiene and product-integrity restrictions: We may refuse a return or exchange of products that have been opened, unsealed, used, partially consumed, tampered with, stored improperly after delivery or returned without their original packaging, where refusal is permitted by applicable law. We may also refuse a return where inspection indicates that the product cannot safely or reasonably be resold. Do not send products back unless we have first provided return instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Exceptions for order or product problems: Contact us promptly if your order arrives with an item missing, the wrong product or quantity, visible transit damage, evidence of tampering before delivery, or a product that is defective, unsafe or materially different from its description. Please provide your order number, a clear description and reasonable supporting evidence, such as photographs of the parcel, shipping label and affected product. We may investigate with the courier, supplier or relevant brand owner. Where a claim is verified, Nexora will provide the remedy required by applicable law and, where appropriate, may arrange a replacement, delivery of missing items, exchange or refund.
Any request relating to a damaged, incorrect, missing or defective order should be raised as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery so that it can be investigated. A request for prompt notification or supporting evidence is intended to help verify the claim and does not shorten or remove any statutory period or consumer right that applies under law.
Refund method and timing: Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will ordinarily be processed using the original payment method where practicable, or another method agreed with the customer. Processing time may depend on the bank, payment provider or wallet operator. Cash-on-delivery refunds may require the customer to provide accurate account or payment details. Any lawful return-shipping costs, deductions or other adjustments will be explained before they are applied.
This section must be read with the website's Refund Policy and any product-specific conditions disclosed before purchase. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or waive a consumer guarantee, remedy or other right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Pakistani law or other law that applies to the transaction.
12. Wholesale and Business Orders
Wholesale, bulk, distributor and business transactions may be subject to minimum order quantities, carton or pallet quantities, quotations, separate price lists, advance deposits, credit terms, lead times, freight arrangements, inspection procedures and other conditions. These will be set out in the relevant quotation, invoice, purchase order or written agreement. Website retail prices and promotions do not automatically apply to wholesale orders.
A wholesale enquiry or quotation is not a binding supply commitment unless and until accepted in writing by the relevant parties. Buyers are responsible for checking quantities, specifications, delivery details and agreed commercial terms before confirming an order. Any agreed credit, exclusivity, territory, resale, marketing or distribution arrangement must be documented separately in writing.
13. E-Commerce and Commercial Partnerships
Nexora may provide digital-commerce services to independent brands, manufacturers, suppliers or other product businesses. Depending on a separate agreement, services may include website or storefront operations, product presentation, digital advertising, customer acquisition, order management, customer communications, sales reporting and coordination of fulfilment.
Partner responsibilities may include product ownership, regulatory and product information, stock availability, inventory funding, storage, packing, dispatch, delivery documentation, product warranties and after-sales support. The allocation of responsibilities, fees, commissions, advertising budgets, settlement timelines, returns handling, data access and liability must be set out in the applicable written partnership agreement. No partnership, agency, joint venture, employment, franchise or exclusive relationship is created merely because a product appears on this website.
Where Nexora acts as a service provider or marketplace-style intermediary rather than the seller of record, that role will be disclosed through the relevant product information, checkout, invoice or agreement where applicable. This section does not limit any responsibility imposed on Nexora by law or by an agreement it has entered into.
14. Promotions, Coupons and Special Offers
Promotions, discounts, bundles, free-delivery offers and coupon codes may be subject to eligibility rules, product and location exclusions, minimum spend, usage limits, expiry dates and stock availability. The conditions displayed with the offer apply. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers or applied retrospectively to completed orders. We may correct an obvious promotion error or withdraw an offer prospectively, subject to any order already accepted and applicable law.
15. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Marks
Website design, text, graphics, photographs, logos, software and other content may belong to Nexora, its licensors, brand partners or other rights holders and may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Brand names, product names, logos and trademarks displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance is for identification, distribution, marketing or product information and does not imply that Nexora owns them.
You may access and use the website for personal shopping, legitimate business enquiries and evaluation of products or services. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from website material without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law. You must not remove copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
16. User Submissions, Reviews and Communications
You are responsible for the content of information, reviews, photographs or other material you submit to us. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to provide it, and it must not be unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing, malicious or otherwise inappropriate. Do not submit another person's personal information unless you are authorised to do so.
By sending material to us for publication or promotional use, you grant Nexora a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to use, reproduce, display and adapt that material for the purpose for which it was submitted, unless you and Nexora agree otherwise. We will not claim ownership of your material. We may decline to publish or may remove submitted content where reasonably necessary or legally required.
17. Privacy, Cookies and Marketing Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored and shared in connection with the website, enquiries and orders. It should be read together with these Terms. Information may be shared with relevant suppliers, brand partners, couriers, payment processors, website hosting providers, analytics providers and service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the service, fulfil an order, prevent fraud, comply with law or as otherwise explained in the Privacy Policy.
The website may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, advertising measurement and marketing, as described in the Privacy Policy and any consent controls made available. You may be able to manage certain browser cookies through your device or browser settings. Where consent is required by law, we will seek it through an appropriate mechanism.
We may send transactional communications about orders and enquiries. Marketing messages will be sent in accordance with applicable law and any available opt-out mechanism. You may ask us to stop marketing communications without affecting essential messages about an existing order or service.
18. Prohibited Conduct and Website Security
You must not use the website for unlawful purposes or in a way that interferes with its operation, security or other users. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Attempting unauthorised access to the website, servers, accounts, databases or personal information.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, malicious code or harmful automated scripts.
- Submitting fraudulent orders, false contact details, misleading payment evidence or abusive enquiries.
- Scraping, harvesting or collecting website content or personal information without permission or lawful basis.
- Interfering with checkout, payment, inventory, analytics or website functionality, or attempting to bypass security controls.
- Infringing intellectual-property rights, impersonating another person or using the website to harass, threaten or defraud others.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, subject to applicable law and any rights relating to an existing order.
19. Third-Party Services and External Links
The website may link to or integrate third-party websites and services, including payment providers, couriers, social-media platforms, analytics services and communication tools. Those services are operated by independent parties and may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security or practices, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or is otherwise imposed on us. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
20. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website and its general information are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of harmful components, or that general website information will always be complete or current. We will take reasonable care in providing our services and correcting issues brought to our attention.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising from website use or a transaction, where such loss is not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach or other actionable conduct. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of a non-excludable legal duty, defective or unsafe products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit.
Where a limitation is permitted, Nexora's liability will be limited to the extent reasonably permitted by applicable law and the circumstances of the claim. Any stated cap will not reduce a consumer's mandatory statutory rights or remedies. You remain responsible for using products in accordance with their labels and instructions and for providing accurate order information, subject always to applicable law.
21. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims and reasonable costs directly arising from your unlawful use of the website, your fraud or wilful misconduct, or your infringement of another person's rights. This does not require you to indemnify Nexora for Nexora's own negligence, breach, unlawful conduct or other liability that cannot legally be transferred to you.
22. Events Outside Reasonable Control
We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation to the extent caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, flood, fire, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, terrorism, government action, sanctions, power or telecommunications failure, labour disruption, transport interruption, courier or supplier disruption, or failure of essential third-party systems. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and resume performance. This clause does not remove any refund or other right that applicable law gives you where goods or services are not supplied.
23. Complaints and Customer Support
If you have a question or complaint about an order, product, delivery or service, contact us with your name, order reference (if applicable), contact details and a clear description of the issue. Please provide relevant photographs, receipts or other supporting information where available. We will review the matter and may contact the relevant supplier, brand owner, courier or service provider to investigate. This process does not prevent you from exercising rights or remedies available under applicable law or approaching a competent consumer protection authority or court.
24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without excluding any mandatory consumer-protection or other laws that apply to a particular transaction. The parties will endeavour to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before a court or competent forum with jurisdiction under applicable Pakistani law. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a forum that has mandatory jurisdiction or exercising a statutory right to seek a remedy.
25. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure or delay by Nexora to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Nexora may assign or transfer its rights and obligations as part of a lawful business reorganisation or transfer, provided this does not unlawfully prejudice your rights.
These Terms, together with the applicable product disclosures, checkout terms, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any separate written agreement, form the terms governing the relevant website use or transaction. They do not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise or agency relationship between you and Nexora unless a separate written agreement expressly establishes one.
