Commercial Trade & Distribution Conditions
All wholesale master carton orders, commercial distributions, and bulk freight bookings processed through the Nexora Consumer Brands B2B portal are strictly bound by the following operational and legal terms:
1. General Overview & Final Sale Policy
At Nexora Consumer Brands, all wholesale master carton distributions, bulk commercial pre-orders, and trade transactions are strictly final. Once an order has been successfully placed, processed, and verified through our B2B trade portal, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. Condition Exclusions (Mouse Cut, Damage, & Oily Stock)
To maintain strict quality control and wholesale economic standards, Mouse Cut, Damage, and Oily Stock will not be replaced, credited, or exchanged. Distributors, wholesale buyers, and freight agents are explicitly advised to inspect master cartons thoroughly upon arrival at their destination adda or warehouse.
3. Bill Verification Prior to Payment
Buyers and receiving personnel must carefully verify carton counts, item variants, and the official accompanying bill prior to settling payment or releasing freight settlement. Claims regarding quantities or billing discrepancies will not be entertained post-settlement.
4. Stock Availability Fulfillment
Stock will be delivered strictly based on current warehouse inventory availability. In the event of temporary tier or variant shortages, our wholesale dispatch team will coordinate adjustments or schedule subsequent dispatches accordingly prior to biliti booking.
